APARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS

All of the following apartments are located in the Trastevere neighborhood, across the river from the AIA Rome Center. All are within walking distance or a short tram/bus ride from our facilities. Some apartments may have different amenities from others, such as balconies or televisions, but all have the same basic layout of an equipped kitchen, a common living space, a washer and clothes drying racks, and all include towels, linens and weekly cleaning of common spaces. Most rooms are triples or doubles, unless otherwise indicated and there is at least 1 bathroom for every 4 people in an apartment.

This apartment is located in a residential area of Trastevere and features an apartment with a traditional layout. 3 bedrooms have ensuite baths, and 1 bedroom has its bathroom across the hall.

SINGLE ROOMS – If available, you may request to reserve a single room for an up-charge of €10 per night times the number of nights in the program. Reservation requests will be considered on a space-available basis and the up-charge must be paid before regular housing assignments are made. Once the housing preference deadline has passed, any unreserved single rooms may be assigned to any student at no additional charge or closed for the rental period.
